A judge shall be deemed to have acted in bad faith or acted in bad faith in the following cases:-

(a) Adjourning, prolonging or unduly influencing the case. If he commits any act with intention,

(b) If he does not sit in the court at the appointed time without reasonable cause or does not hear the case,

(c) If he does not write the judgment or order within the appointed time without reasonable reason,

(d) If he repeatedly absents himself from court without sanction of leave, or

(e) within a reasonable period of the order given by the High Court or the direction given by the Chief Justice, Chief Justice of the High Court or the Supervising Judge in administrative matters. If not followed.
